They already did during the primaries. They called it a ‘failed experiment’ that the (D) state legislature was fixing. The point is that since the program was unpopular with about half the population, and the program doesn’t cover all things to all people, the program is obviously a failure to any potential detractor.

You might remember that Romney did use the health care program as a talking point, but didn’t push it at all. That is telling in itself.
