A persons opinion of what is pragmatic and what is extreme is dependent on where they themselves stand.

Obama’s Administration will be, in my opinion, the most extreme leftist administration this nation has ever seen.

That’s surprising to me given some of the far left guys he could have picked, and the whining from the left about his picks. He even kept Gates and most of his staff. It is, I guess a matter of where you stand.
