I was hoping they meant something that would turn my blood glucose into a low-wattage charging port. Given arbitrarily good/safe/refined technology, damned straight I would want that! That sounds AWESOME.

What they mean, I think, is a boring regular pointless charging cord that looks (hopefully is not made of…) an umbilical cord.

And indeed… I have no idea why I would want that.
