Pulled over on a family court warrant, several arrests for failure to pay child support, but the only case of violence on record was an A&B arrest back in ‘87. So yeah, I suspect we’ll be told that “something” must have happened in between being pulled over and the start of the tape. Look for suggestions that the video is “incomplete,” that the source has footage that would exonerate Scott but is withholding it.

I don’t care if it was Charles fucking Manson. Shooting a fleeing suspect in the back is murder. Period.
