She murdered him. All the people lecturing about personal responsibility aren’t going to say a damn thing about her breaking into the wrong apartment. Hell he might have thought SHE was an intruder. Poor guy. He needs justice.

I actually think this was manslaughter. Unless it is shown that she hated him or had some beef with him. She was drunk and stupid (and in no way should be a cop) but this isn’t murder, even though she killed him.

How did she get in? Did he leave his door unlocked? (I know we forget to lock our doors regularly, but we have Sam…who would eat anyone who came into the house.)

This thing about her giving a verbal command to him that he ignored? Fuck that! Someone breaks into my house and gives me any command? Double fuck that!

Poor guy needed a Sam.
