It’s very true. This is often what happens with people who, like me, suffer from sleep apnea. You’re tired all the time - you don’t realize that’s because you’re waking up with an abysmally low blood oxygen % and that it could possibly kill you (quite aside from the potential of choking to death in your sleep).
