What’s an i7 chip? My desk top was (sob) at least 4 years, maybe older, so I haven’t kept up with what’s new. Never had problems with it until a few weeks ago. Tried to trouble shoot the disc over and over and then it just quit.
I’m VERY sad!

I wish I had something 4 years old. This PC is 11, going on 12 years old.
