You have to do it with an .htaccess file on the server. You can create one manually or you can do it via your web hosting provider’s control panel. Do you have someone who manages your site for you?

Typepad does not support 301 redirects. Even if they did, the 301 redirects everyone who comes to the page. How do you selectively redirect based on HTTP_REFERRER?
