Still, the Right of a Native Frenchman/woman, IN La Belle Hexagonne, to enjoy a Sausage Sandwich and a Glass of Vin Ordinaire, ANYWHERE in La Belle Hexagonne should be protected above the “Sensitive Feelings” of France’s
Muslim Minority.
The Muslims CHOSE to come, welcomed by the French Government, if not all of France’s Citizens. CHOOSING to live in another nation generally assumes that you will accommodate, if not totally assimilate to that nation’s language and customs. In Mexico, Charles, that need to accommodate is THE LAW. If the Muslims want a Sha’aria Government - GO HOME TO ALGERIA, etc. If they want Arbitration under Islamic Law for Commercial Disputes among themselves, subject to the law of France, the UK, US, Canada, etc. - we can talk. AND, as for the US - with all of our Constitutional (Meaning Limitation on GOVERNMENT Power) Rights, on Federal and State Levels, the “Right Not to Have My Feelings Hurt” Does Not and Should Not Exist. The problem is that the pattern of this group is to engage in these sorts of actions as a provocation to the Muslims. An action intended to start a riot is wrong. It’s like shouting fire in a crowded exhibit hall.
