As a Pittsburgher, I am insulted at your insinuation that Dan Rooney would sell out his values for an ambassadorship.
Rooney truly believes in Obama, as do a lot of “aging” consevatives making their end-of-life trek to the left.
You have to agree that this is something that we’ve seen.
Dan Rooney is NOT a sellout.

Well, you might be insulted, I can’t help that. Why would he thank Obama for a Steelers win? I am just speculating , & I think that it is completely fair speculation.
