Kind of glad about this. We’ll have to see how this plays out.
Not sure if this is the same atty, but I heard a great interview awhile ago about a death row atty in TX who just wrote a book. Interesting thing he said was that contrary to common belief, condemned killers do not claim innocence as a rule. To the point where when one does, adamantly, he feels it really needs to be investigated.
