re: #717 Alouette

I have a JOB INTERVIEW tomorrow afternoon. I hope I can stop hyperventilating. What kind of questions should I ask the interviewers to show how much I want this job? I know whenever they ask “what are your weakness” I always mention some software program I could get training in.

I wish you the best of luck on your interview tomorrow.

When asked about weaknesses tell them you avoid over using your strengths…strengths over used become a weakness.

I’ve conducted thousands of interviews and never asked that because I always thought the question was a weak lazy interviewers trick question. I wasn’t there to trick anyone…just wanted their best answers. A good interviewer understands you’re nervise…their job is to help bring out your good qualities. Unfortunately some people don’t have those qualities…thus the interview is shortened.

I always hired honesty, character and work ethics over anything else…it’s hard to find people who actually care and want to work…never bullshit your way through an interview.

PS…my wife is a type “A”. She interviewed for a job last Friday and has heard anything yet. She really wants the job and the waiting is killing her.

God’s speed tomorrow at noon Alouette.
