Why did the media let it drop? And why didn’t the media pursue any of these stories before one month before the election? Donald Trump has always been a disgusting pig. Everyone in NY has known it for decades, and the media has been hearing these stories just as long.

This might not be a popular opinion, but I’m pissed that it’s coming out now, because I think it devalues what is going to be Hillary’s historic election. It will go down as “oh, Trump was so badly damaged at the end, anyone could have beaten him.”

Don’t get me wrong—I’m glad that these women are feeling strong enough to finally speak out, but the media glee at the salaciousness of the stories is making me sick to my stomach. And they (the media) should have been shouting all of his many other sickening activities and actions instead of playing MBF for the past year and waiting breathlessly for ” the pivot.”

In short:
Donald Trump is and always has been a repulsive asshole
The media are lazy, sensationalist jackals
Hillary is a supremely qualified, quality candidate and person, and she should be being lauded for her campaign, her life and her policies, not reduced to “well, it has to be Hillary because Trump is too terrible to contemplate.”
