As long as the relationship is consensual and the person is an adult. (Yes — I know, legally a minor cannot consent to such a relationship). But let’s not forget, although they prettied it up, that was the real reason for the GOP impeachment of Clinton — he lied about a consensual affair with a young, but adult, woman. Any political party that would impeach someone on such ridiculous charges, back when they had sane members, would be willing to impeach on even a more frivolous basis given the clown car they have devolved into.

And I always says that was between Hilary and him. I think he was simultaneously a scumbag personally and a decent president.
