Have you gotten to the part where you cough up the tar that’s been in your lungs for awhile? That bits fun. It’s when the cells in your lungs regrow the cilia that they lost when they became squamous, and are able to clean the crap out again.

Yikes! I haven’t had the pleasure of that yet. I’ve had a few episodes where I really want one but I just chew another piece of gum and it goes away.
