In Prince George County, Maryland (or an awful lot of Virgina, etc), they would have shot all of his pets immediately and then had an accidental discharge into his chest with an MP-5 submachine gun when he complained about his butchered pets.

Wait. The fact that someone purchased hydroponics equipment is now enough to qualify as probable cause? What the hell?
