Yeah I’m at the same point in the video. Is the idea meant to be that drunk people cannot help but move their head at the same time as their eyes?
Or that drunk people’s eyes roll around a lot and dont stay still?

You basically can’t focus your eyes when you’re drunk. Ever have double vision?
