Police have surrounded a motel in Point Loma after a credible report that renegade cop Chris Dorner had been seen there.

The report is said to have come from “the military.” This probably means that an off-duty service member saw him and reported it to the chain of command rather than local cops, but we can count on this aspect to generate lots of crazy waves if it pans out.
