Geez, {mikeymom} sorry to hear about your friends with the cancer - who apparently just got it in their 40’s. That royally sucks.
As for your M-I-L, well ya know, it’s important and scary to her. Plus if her fingernails are curved much more than usual that could be an indication of coronary problems (or so says my putz internist down here - and no I don’t have that he was just explaining why he was “holding hands” with me!
I do hope your friends get the treatment they need and that they do pull through ok.
