Dammit, I just got a sudden craving for ginger snaps or molasses sugar cookies. WTF? Guess I’m gonna have to grab a spoon and throw some molasses on a slice of bread, ‘cause I am NOT getting up to make cookies. Sheesh.

I just made snickerdoodles and now I’m making carnitas.
