I’ve been hearing it on another board. Short excuse: “Josie” says Brown charged, all the bullets were to Brown’s front, thus “Josie” is telling the truth. If you point out that the eyewitnesses have been saying since the first day that Brown turned around to surrender, they sniff that the eyewitnesses also said he was shot in the back and that’s not true.

I distinctly remember at least one of the witnesses qualifying that statement, said something like…

“then it looked like he got hit cause he jerk around and put his hands up”
(paraphrase)

Meanwhile Dr. Baden has said that it appeared as if one of the hits on his arm could have possibly come from behind, so the witness statement could still be 100% correct.
