CMP is to provide the subpoenaed material for attorney’s eyes only, so I’m not sure if and when it will show up on PACER. But you are correct in saying the deadline has passed.

As for the 5th, they already tried that, and the courts noted that you can’t plead self-incrimination during discovery in a civil suit. So they tried a 1st amendment appeal, which got shot down. If they don’t comply, then the judge could charge them with contempt. The NAF has already moved for that and provided the judge an order to sign off on, if he were so disposed.

Probably we’ll hear all about it on Monday.
