What did Trump say about NATO?

1) they aren’t paying fair share.
2) they should be pay the proper amounts;
3) NATO could be obsolete because they don’t focus on terror.

The only time the mutual defense obligations were activated was after 9/11 - when the Europeans came to our assistance.

NOT the other way around.
