Yeah I miss the times when a Republican could suggest decreasing the size of our Nuclear Arsenal, raising taxes, and come from California (while being a celebrity before he ran for office) and not get branded a RINO.

Don’t forget Reagan was tough on our enemies. He didn’t take shit from any of them. I saw a biography about him on PBS a while back. When he and Gorbachev had one of their summits and Gorby demanded the US drop Star Wars, Reagan stood up, poked his finger in Gorbachev’s chest, got in his face, and told him the US would never give up research on that technology.

Oh to see another leader like that today.
