I never smoked a single cigarette. Both my parents smoked and I just hated it. Looking around, I see what a lucky guy I am. I have friends that quit, are good for months, then start up again. The physical withdrawals are incredibly hard, but the killer is the emotional attachments. I just finished lunch, I always smoked when I finished eating lunch. I’m watching Seinfeld.. I always smoked during commercial breaks while watching Seinfeld. I can’t imagine, and I’m glad. Good luck, all yall trying to quit..
