Over a million people have been killed with guns in the United States since 1968, when Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and Robert F. Kennedy were assassinated (Childrens’ Defense Fund, p. 20).

So let’s add the 1,000,000 to the 1,935,000 that have died from not having health insurance since 1968. More or less.

Grand total of deaths from libertarianism policy = 2,935,000 people.
