That comment was dated July 7, today or very recetly, and it’s clearer than what I have seen before, but doesn’t impress me with its presentation, nor the Department of Law.

I will say however that I had been unaware that an elected official, governor no less, could in reality be hounded out of office just by lawsuits. Has that happened before, or is Alaska unique in this regard?

Seems to me she would likely have had a lot of support for changing the law in this regard, had she stuck it out.
