The land and existing building only has been purchased, so far as I am aware. The demo and construction will cost a fortune and those funds have not been raised yet, according to the developer.

I would imagine that buying two lots on Park Place would be the major financial hurdle involved. Compared to that, construction shouldn’t be a problem.
