As a scientist, Dawkins really shouldn’t be falling for this kind of shit. His job it to look at the evidence and come to a conclusion based on that, not coming up with a conclusion and making up evidence to support it. You would think that would inform his approach to life, but I guess he’s so brilliant that he never has to check himself for bias.

He is doing exactly what he accuses religious people of doing; letting emotions cloud his logic.
