As I understand it, the very first bit of business at the GOP convention will be the rules.

If so, a sufficiently desperate GOP establishment could try to deny trump the nomination even if he would win on the first ballot.

I’d very much love to see the GOP enact a version of “Voters decide nothing. Those who count the vote decide everything.”

One can just imagine the explosion of rage on the right. The GOP is fucked no matter what they do.
