Obama wants to move the census under the auspices of the White House - Rahm, to be precise. The census is the domain of the Dept. of Commerce and Obama/Rahm are up to no good.

They could almost solve that problem by appointing Rahm to Commerce. Too bad Rahm’s a tax cheat and would never be confirmed.
