It’s a Po Boy.
Nah. A Po’ Boy is a specific subset of a submarine-style sandwich.
Two styles:
Roast beef with gravy, and optional cheese on a French Roll bun.
Shrimp, crawfish, or other various crustaceous seafood on same type bun, with either mayo or cocktail sauce. (NEVER TARTAR SAUCE).
/Louisiana native, where these were invented.
