Hi Obdicut! I’m not sure if it was an officer, or the third class petty officer (not a SEAL), Kevin DiMartino, who testified at the hearing that he saw one of the SEALs punch Abed in the mouth and draw blood - but it looks like that SEAL wasn’t Huertas. The military jury didn’t buy DiMartino’s story.

The two others (Keefe and McCabe) have their trials coming up shortly.
