It’s not that other Presidents haven’t used prepared remarks or telepropters. It’s that, without a teleprompter, Obama couldn’t speak his way out of a wet paper bag. Without a teprompter, he’s a worse speaker than Bush. Without a teleprompter, he’s a worse speaker than I am, and that takes some doing!
