I just sit here and wonder why anyone would possibly care about a bunch of “people” who would just assume kill all of us and be upset that they are confined in a place where they can do us no harm. Who sits around and worries about this?

I am really having an incredible amount of difficulty understanding the leftist mentality about Gitmo.

It’s not just the left, as Killgore has just pointed out. I wish I could fully explain it in easy terms, but all I can do is continue to point out Thomas Sowell’s A Conflict of Visions, and hope folks read it.

The type of people who are concerned about those poor terrorists are the type who think that war can be prevented if we’re just nice to everybody. They fail to understand it’s human nature for men to desire dominating other men.
