I hadn’t thought about the time value of information or that the book was near 5 years old and may have been using outdated info at that time. I appreciate you answering the question, and not just saying, “It’s fiction, get bent” in so many words.

You’re welcome. The anonymity of blog commenting lends itself to a certain lack of civility at times. Charles keeps most of it away from here with his steadfast enforcement of the guidelines. Other sites would likely be saying much worse than ‘get bent.’
