What’s gonna happen to the folks who can’t afford any health insurance? Are we gonna toss ‘em in jail? Fine them? How can the gov’t make you buy a service you don’t want or can’t afford?

Those people are in for a rude awakening when they realize the govt subsidies will not cover their costs.

Personally, I think the coverage mandate will get ruled unconstitutional. But I also think Democrats might be secretly wishing for that - because then they will have to come up with a different coverage/funding mechanism, which probably includes a universal fee/tax, like a permanent increase in Medicare/Medicaid taxes.
