It’s a pic (“improved”, as I see) from the banned newspaper “Duel”. Duel is run by Yuri Mukhin, who is a marginal Commie, Stalinist, antisemite, Katyn denier, Holocaust denier, 9/11 truther, 1999 bombings truther, Lysenkoist, atheist believing in material soul, etc., etc. Alex Jones is a child compared to him. The “Duel” contingent is quite marginal.
