There was a very prolific car insurance scam going for a while, that did use illegal immigrants as the “victims”.

I saw the video here the other day of McCain on FOX talking about illegal immigrants purposely hitting other people. I was curious as to when that interview was taken. It said “Senator McCain” on the teleprompter so we know it wasn’t as far back as him being governor, but it’s true that that’s a rather old story. We had it here in Miami. I don’t think they were illegals, but certainly undesirables were hitting cars and then carjacking them. Happened 10-15 years ago though.
