The bolded portion is just bullshit. I don’t believe it for a second. Our system has abjectly failed to represent the people. It sucks, and it’s time to force the system to purge itself by upending the apple cart, deliberately.

I totally disagree (politely though) with you. What Democratic system do you consider to be better than the one the US has?
