I updinged it. Specifically, i updinged the part about the questionable goal to “address certain critical issues as determined by a collective array of the most erudite and dependable bloggers in existence”.

If the project is worthy, it will produce worthy results. What Barrett thinks is the proper “collective array” and what I think are the proper “collective array” are two different things.

Further, a ‘nonpartisan agenda’ is far better relayed by describing one’s own agenda. Barrett described the agenda as an attempt to counter the influence of a few named individuals…counter-influence is very rarely a non-partisan affair…
