Oh good grief. He’s really comparing some foam dumped on a guy (it doesn’t appear that he was otherwise touched or struck) to a woman being shot in the head?

I have to keep reminding myself that he’s not stupid. He is a law professor which does require a certain amount of intelligence. His hyperpartisanship and ODS just makes him appear to be an idiot.
