That’s half my point. healthcare.gov has all the vulnerabilities other “secure” sites have. What is different is it’s appeal as a target, no pun intended. The “yes it is”, “no it’s not secure” argument is silly. Rhetorical. The facts are technical and glaring. If the pentagon and BofA can be hacked so can healthcare.gov. And all those points of access only sharpen the point.
IMO-That launch was not a confidence builder. Unless a wholly different team was on the security task than the development team, hacking it and exposing data is a matter of time.
