What part of “65% Shia, 32% Sunni” was unclear to the idiots in the Bush administration that thought toppling Saddam Hussein meant ‘mission accomplished’?

People in his White House actually had to be briefed on what Sunni and Shiite Muslims were…including Mr C plus at Harvard W Bush.

He made a point of leaving out most of the experienced hands from his dad’s days. Instead, we got kids from Falwell’s university being sent to the Green Zone to make rules for the new Iraqi stock exchange (true) while the country turned into a Hobbesian nightmare under the CPA and Paul Bremer.
