Over the weekend I had a fruitless conversation with a wingnut who posted a meme HURR HURR IF A REPUBLICAN PRESIDENT DID THE STUFF OBAMA DOES YOU’D BE RIOTING ALL OVER TEH STREETS FOR HIS IMPEECHMINT!!!!!!

I pointed out stuff that Reagan did, and then he was all HURR HURR THAT WAS IN THE PAST WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO ABOUT IT!!!!!1!!!!

Pretty telling. What I find amusing is that Reagan actually did all the bad stuff they said Obama will do- amnesty, dealing with terrorists, and running deficits but as I said earlier they worship Reagan so he can literally do no wrong and if they do criticize Reagan, they blame Tip O’Neill for it.
