This still may not be a second infection. South Korea has had a number of people (with symptoms) test positive, recover, test negative and then later test positive again. It’s unclear whether that means they were reinfected, if they simply were a “false” negative, or if they tested negative because the viral load was non-zero, but undetectable. All of these scenarios are possible.
