No, I know why you call me cheerleader. It’s because you think there actually are ‘teams’.

There aren’t teams. Obama is not my guy. Obama is not doing much good at all about renewable energy, which is my main concern, health care, while a tiny first step, is still screwed, and the country is still full of unadressed, systemic problems. The finance reform won’t do jack because it’s not algorithmically evolutionary, and the markets are.

Yet somehow to you, because I say that the right-wing is currently crazier— which it is— you transform that into me being a cheerleader— and you don’t even notice the irony of that.

Media matters has distorted crap before and will distort stuff in the future. However, it is really easy to compare them to Breitbart and use common sense to see that Brietbart is far more extreme than they are, and far more damaging to the national discourse.

Except, for you, somehow the magical balance fairy means that the ‘sides’ are always equal.
