Santorum, Gingrich, Palin, Bachmann, Paul, Cain and Trump are irrelevant. They’re noise candidates; they get a lot of press but hardly anybody really believes in them.

The money is on Romney, Pawlenty, Daniels and (recently and surprisingly) Hunstman.

Romney has no chance with the Tea Party base, and Huntsmen even less (he is both Mormon and pro civil union).

The other two are empty suits.

The tea crowd wants Palin and/or Bachmann.
