Not sure what the question is. Bush used drone strikes in Pakistan. As for bin Laden, I am confident Bush would have gone after him, same as Obama did. I assume that Obama had actionable intelligence that Bush never had, and he is to be credited for the gutsy call to act on it, even if it upset Navi Pillay over at the UN.

Maybe Bush would have had the actionable intelligence that Obama had if he hadn’t shut down the unit responsible for getting him that intelligence.
