I disagree with both Pelosi and the ADL. The ADL specifically is siding with defamation on this issue, particularly the defamation that the Park51 project is in any way associated with the perpetrators of 9/11.

Now, if we want to pass a law saying that all religious organizations across the country should open their books and make their donor lists public, that would be a different thing entirely. Try that and see how well it works.
